Rates & Insurance

We accept out of network benefits with all insurance plans. Please contact us to check your individual benefits. Clients are responsible for payment in full at the time of each session and will be reimbursed directly from your insurance company based on your insurance policy.  All insurance is confirmed prior to the start of our work together.  For your convenience, we will submit claims on your behalf and our billing team will assist with any questions you might have.

Susan Esserman accepts payments through Zelle, Venmo, FSA/HSA cards and credit cards. 

Please email or call/text if you cannot keep your scheduled appointment with at least a 24 hour notice.  Cancellations within 24 hours or no shows are responsible for the full fee for the visit.
