Do you feel sad, depressed, anxious or panicky? You may have scary thoughts that run through your head each day, and you wonder “How can this be normal?” You may ask if you will ever bond with your baby. You may be feeling irritable or angry. Are you worried that you might hurt yourself or your baby? Did you experience a traumatic birth? Did your pregnancy end in a loss and you are bereft with grief? Is your child experiencing a life limiting or life threatening illness?
